Volcano Falls FunPark, L.L.C., requires every newly hired and rehired employee to successfully complete a criminal background check. The applicant deemed most qualified for a position will be offered employment contingent on successfully completing a criminal background and reference check. Prior conviction of a felony will be a disqualifying event. Prior misdemeanor convictions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Volcano Falls FunPark, L.L.C., requires every newly hired and rehired employee to be free of illegal drugs and controlled substances. The applicant deemed most qualified for a position will be offered employment contingent on successfully completing a pre-employment drug screen for illegal drugs or controlled substances. An applicant shall be considered to have withdrawn his or her application for employment if the applicant refused to submit to drug testing.

I authorize Volcano Falls FunPark, L.L.C., to verify the accuracy of the information provided herein, and I authorize former employers, educational institutions, and credit agencies to release information concerning me to Volcano Falls FunPark, L.L.C. I also authorize Volcano Falls FunPark, L.L.C., to give references and provide information about me in response to inquiries subsequent to my employment if hired. I understand that falsification, misrepresentation, or omission of requested facts may result in denial of employment, or if employed, may result in immediate dismissal. I understand and agree that, if hired, my employment will be for no definite period and may, regardless of the date of payment of wages, be terminated at any time without previous notice and with or without any reason, at the will of either myself of Volcano Falls FunPark, L.L.C. I also understand and agree that no one has authority to promise me job security to continued employment, except for the President of the Company in a formal written agreement signed by both of us.
